The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the five factor personality features and organizational citizenship behaviors of classroom teachers. The research group consists of 372 classroom teachers. The "Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale" adapted to Turkish by Polat (2007) and the "Five Factor Personality Scale" adapted to Turkish by Alkan (2006) were used in the research. As a result of the research, it was seen that compatibility personality features were the foremost from the five personality features of the primary school teachers. It has been reached that the primary school teachers show organizational citizenship behavior at the level of "I fully agree" in all items and sub-dimensions. Additionally, a statistically significant positive correlation was found at p <.01 level between the five factor personality scale subscales of teacher and organizational citizenship behaviors. According to this, it is seen that the level of the relationship between extroversion and organizational citizenship behavior is low; the relationship between the sub-dimensions such as compliance, responsibility, emotional balance, openness and organizational citizenship behavior is at the medium level. In addition, it was found that there was no significant difference between the five factor personality features and the gender variables. However, there was a significant difference according to the educational status, in favor of the teachers who are graduated from the associate degree in the dimension of 'responsibility'; according to the working year, in the dimensions of 'responsibility' and 'openness' in favor of the teachers whose working years 21 and over; according to the number of siblings, in the dimension of 'responsibility, in favor of the teachers who has more than 4 siblings. On the other hand, there was a meaningful difference in favor of male teachers according to the sex of teachers' in organizational citizenship behaviors; in favor of the teachers who graduated from associate degree in the "conscientiousness" sub-dimension according to the educational status; in favor of the teachers whose working year is 21 years and over, according to the dimensions of working year 'all items', 'conscientiousness' and 'civic virtue’; in favor of the teachers who has more than 4 siblings, according to the number of siblings, in the dimensions of 'all matter', 'gentleman' and 'conscience'.
