Analysis of Urban Public Transport Problems in The City Of Kayseri

Urban public transport is one of the essential elements in citizens' daily lives. In cities, public transport
services are provided by municipalities which are the local governing forces. The purpose of this study is to
measure the level of satisfaction among the citizens about the public transport service provided by the
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality in the center of Kayseri city. In this extent, along the dates of January 15
2021 - March 3 2021 a survey which is a quantitative method has been conducted in 151 neighborhoods
located in Kayseri city center with 507 people in total. According to this study, it has been revealed that there
are some complaints and demands about the public transport from the citizens.
